Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, partnering with managers to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
- Own onboarding and offboarding programs, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience for new hires and departures.
- Manage employee relations, issue resolution, and performance improvement plans with a fair and timely approach.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity, run reports, and provide analytics to inform leadership decisions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws; support responses to audits and regulatory inquiries.
- Design, implement, and evaluate training and development initiatives including leadership programs and manager enablement.
- Collaborate on compensation, benefits, recognition programs, and career pathing to attract and retain top talent.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR Generalist experience in a fast-paced environment; technology sector experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS, data analytics, and reporting; proficiency with data privacy and compliance.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and best practices for HR compliance.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Experience with performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
