Responsibility
- Lead full lifecycle onboarding and ongoing onboarding for a diverse set of roles, ensuring a positive new hire experience.
- Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies and programs in line with company goals and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support staffing plans, interview processes, and candidate experience.
- Manage employee relations, performance improvement plans, and conflict resolution with a fair and timely approach.
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy, generate reports, and provide insights to leadership for people decisions.
- Coordinate compensation, benefits and payroll processes with internal teams and vendors as needed.
- Support organizational development initiatives, change management, and culture-building efforts.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- 5+ years of HR generalist or HR business partner experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience with HRIS systems, data analytics, and reporting; proficiency in Excel and HR analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate sound judgment.
- Experience with change management, onboarding, and employee engagement programs is a plus.
