Responsibility

  • Lead full lifecycle onboarding and ongoing onboarding for a diverse set of roles, ensuring a positive new hire experience.
  • Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies and programs in line with company goals and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support staffing plans, interview processes, and candidate experience.
  • Manage employee relations, performance improvement plans, and conflict resolution with a fair and timely approach.
  • Maintain HRIS data accuracy, generate reports, and provide insights to leadership for people decisions.
  • Coordinate compensation, benefits and payroll processes with internal teams and vendors as needed.
  • Support organizational development initiatives, change management, and culture-building efforts.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of HR generalist or HR business partner experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, data analytics, and reporting; proficiency in Excel and HR analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate sound judgment.
  • Experience with change management, onboarding, and employee engagement programs is a plus.
