Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection processes for multiple client groups, from job posting to offer and onboarding.
- Administer HR programs, policies, and compliance to ensure consistent, fair, and legal practice.
- Lead employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding with a focus on a positive new-hire experience.
- Coordinate benefits administration, payroll support, and leave management in collaboration with finance and vendors.
- Partner with managers to implement performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day employee relations support, coaching, and guidance on conflict resolution and policy interpretation.
- Analyze HR metrics and reporting to inform people strategies and continuous improvement.
- Support special HR projects (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, engagement surveys) and system enhancements (HRIS, ATS).
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced organization.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws, compliance, and best practices.
- Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and data-driven HR.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
- Proactive, adaptable, and with a customer-service mindset.
