Beacon HR Solutions is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our New York City team. This is a premium, growth oriented role designed to drive impact across the full employee lifecycle. You will partner with leaders to design and implement people programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent.
As a key member of the HR team, you will contribute to employee relations, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and program delivery while partnering with cross functional teams to achieve business results.

Responsibility
- Partner with managers to advise on employee relations, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
- Own end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior roles with a focus on quality and speed.
- Lead performance management processes, succession planning, and development programs.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity, generate actionable people analytics, and produce routine HR reports.
- Administer onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and compensation activities with accuracy and care.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.
- Collaborate with leadership to design DEI initiatives and inclusive workplace practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
- 5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience in fast paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of New York employment law and compliance requirements.
- Experience with HRIS and people analytics (Workday, BambooHR, or similar).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proven track record in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
