You’ll partner with leadership to drive talent acquisition, employee relations, and scalable HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibility
- Own end-to-end HR operations for the NYC office, including onboarding, offboarding, policy administration, and HR compliance.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and partner with hiring managers to source, interview, and hire top talent.
- Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
- Partner on compensation, benefits programs, and salary planning in alignment with company budget and market data.
- Administer HRIS (Workday/BambooHR) and maintain accurate HR records, metrics, and reporting.
- Drive performance management, learning & development initiatives, and talent development plans.
- Ensure compliance with NY state, federal laws, and internal policies; support audits and risk mitigation.
- Analyze HR metrics, prepare insights for leadership, and implement improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment (tech or professional services preferred).
- Strong knowledge of NY labor laws and HR best practices; PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- Experience with HRIS (Workday or BambooHR) and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Demonstrated project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
