NorthBridge HR Solutions is seeking a strategic Senior HR Generalist to join our New York City team. This hybrid role focuses on delivering comprehensive HR services, enabling business leaders to optimize people performance and culture. You will partner with multi-functional teams to drive employee engagement, compliance, and scalable HR processes.
Responsibility
- Partner with managers to design and implement people programs that support business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
- Administer employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution with discretion.
- Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; maintain updated policies.
- Analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement and workforce planning.
- Lead talent development initiatives and succession planning.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
- 3-5 years of HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably tech.
- Proven experience with HRIS systems (eg, Workday, BambooHR) and ATS.
- Strong knowledge of US labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Project management mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
