We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead our people strategy, partner with executive leadership, and drive a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive workplace. In this role, you will shape and execute scalable HR programs, advise leadership on talent decisions, and ensure compliance and an exceptional employee experience across the organization.
From talent acquisition and performance management to DEI initiatives and HR analytics, you will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic impact and measurable value.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute HR strategies and programs aligned with business goals and growth plans.
- Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, including employer branding, interview processes, and onboarding.
- Manage performance management, succession planning, and professional development programs.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, HR policy development, and compliance monitoring.
- Build and maintain strong employee relations, engagement, and DEI initiatives.
- Ensure legal compliance and risk management across all HR processes.
- Partner with leadership to drive organizational design, change management, and people analytics.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and continuously improve the employee experience.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 7+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a people-leadership or HRBP capacity.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of New York state and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Proven experience leading organizational design, change management, and HRIS analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion with practical implementation experience.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and data-driven decision making.
