Responsibility
- Develop and execute scalable talent acquisition and retention strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Partner with senior leaders to design organization structures, comp bands, and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and data privacy requirements.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs and monitor progress with metrics.
- Manage HRIS, payroll, benefits, and HR analytics to inform decision making.
- Coach managers on people leadership, conflict resolution, and change management.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; SHRM-SCP or HRCI credentials preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience in mid-to-large organizations; 2+ years in a people-leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compensation, benefits, and HRIS systems.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead change in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with data-driven decision making.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and analytical capabilities.
