Responsibility
- Partner with senior leaders to shape workforce planning and people strategy in support of business goals.
- Lead talent management programs including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
- Oversee employee relations and internal communications to maintain a positive culture and high engagement.
- Design and implement compensation, benefits, and recognition programs aligned with market benchmarks.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and HR policies.
- Coordinate recruiting strategy with Talent Acquisition to attract top talent and reduce time to fill.
- Leverage HRIS and analytics to measure program impact and drive data driven decisions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic HR business partner role.
- Proven experience leading talent management and organizational development initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance in New York and federal regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and people analytics; experience with Workday or SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate resilience, and operate with a high degree of professionalism.
