Responsibility
- Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligning with organizational goals.
- Lead talent management, employee relations, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Oversee performance management processes and provide coaching to managers.
- Drive DE&I initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
- Advise on compensation, benefits, and compliance policies.
- Manage HR projects, including leadership development and succession planning.
- Analyze HR metrics and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in tech or professional services.
- Expertise in employee relations, organizational development, and talent management.
- Demonstrated experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Solid understanding of California employment laws.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus.
