Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations for multiple client groups, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
  • Design and implement people programs that support engagement, retention, and performance management.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution with a focus on fair, consistent outcomes.
  • Partner with leadership to develop workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies; maintain and audit HR records.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and IT to streamline HR processes and improve service delivery.
  • Analyze HR metrics to drive data-informed decisions and report to senior leadership.
  • Support and coach managers on performance management, coaching, and progressive discipline.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; SHRM-CP/PHR or equivalent preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, ideally in a client-facing or consulting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance, with experience handling investigations and employee relations.
  • Proven ability to design and implement HR programs, policies, and process improvements.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills with a consultative approach.
  • Proficient in HRIS and ATS systems; experience with payroll coordination and benefits administration.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
