As a Senior Infrastructure Development Engineer, you will collaborate with public agencies, utilities, and private partners to shape multi-disciplinary initiatives. Responsibility
- Lead planning, design, and delivery of major infrastructure programs from concept through commissioning.
- Coordinate with public agencies, utilities, and stakeholders to secure permits and approvals.
- Develop and manage program budgets, schedules, risk registers, and procurement plans.
- Oversee design reviews, constructability assessments, and quality assurance processes.
- Drive sustainable design practices and use of digital twin, BIM, and GIS tools.
- Lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and manage vendor/contractor relationships.
- Monitor performance metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage change control.
- Communicate program status to executive leadership and external partners with concise, data-driven reporting.
Qualification
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of infrastructure development or program management experience
- Proven track record delivering large-scale roadways, utilities, or transit projects
- Strong knowledge of project controls, cost estimation, scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera)
- Experience with BIM, GIS, AutoCAD, and digital twin technologies
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills
- Professional licensure preferred (PE or similar)
- Ability to travel as required and manage remote/field teams
