Apex InfraTech is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Development Engineer to guide complex civil and digital infrastructure initiatives in Singapore. You will partner with cross functional teams to deliver resilient, scalable, and sustainable infrastructure solutions on time and within budget.
In this role you will own the end to end lifecycle from concept through handover, champion best practices in safety and quality, and mentor a growing team of engineers and coordinators. Responsibility
- Lead multi discipline infrastructure development projects from concept to delivery in Singapore
- Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, risk registers and procurement strategies
- Coordinate civil, electrical, mechanical and digital infrastructure teams to align design and construction activities
- Ensure compliance with local codes, standards and environmental sustainability requirements
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, clients, vendors and authorities having jurisdiction
- Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle
- Deliver accurate reporting, change management and documentation for handover and operations
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualification
- Bachelor or Master in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of infrastructure development experience across civil, network or data center projects
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) and cost estimating software
- Solid knowledge of building codes, safety standards and environmental sustainability practices
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit) and cross functional collaboration
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
- Ability to travel to project sites as required and work in a fast paced environment
