We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Development Engineer to lead multidisciplinary projects from concept through commissioning, across transport, water, and smart infrastructure domains.

Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end infrastructure development programs, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
- Develop feasibility studies, master plans, and concept designs for complex infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants across civil, electrical, and geotechnical domains.
- Oversee procurement, contract management, risk assessment, and change control processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, environmental guidelines, and quality metrics.
- Drive digital tools including BIM and digital twin approaches to improve design and delivery decisions.
- Engage stakeholders, regulators, and communities to communicate progress and secure approvals.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of infrastructure development or program management experience.
- Strong track record delivering large-scale transport, water, or urban infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks, permitting, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
- Proficiency with project management software and BIM (Revit, Navisworks) and CAD tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with EPC contracts, procurement, cost estimation, and value engineering.
- Authorized to work in Singapore or eligible for work visa sponsorship.
