Responsibility
- Lead multi-disciplinary infrastructure development programs from planning through handover.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments; monitor performance against KPIs.
- Manage cross-functional teams including civil, electrical, structural, environmental, and permitting specialists.
- Coordinate with municipal, state, and federal agencies to secure permits and approvals.
- Oversee design reviews, constructability analyses, safety, and quality assurance processes.
- Manage vendor and contractor selection, procurement, and contract administration.
- Champion sustainability, resilience, and compliance with codes and standards (IBC, AASHTO, NFPA, NEC).
- Ensure alignment with client requirements and maintain proactive stakeholder communications and status reporting.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in infrastructure development, transportation, utilities, or large-scale construction.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent; PMP/PMI certification preferred.
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera).
- Experience with design and analysis tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM, GIS).
- Strong knowledge of permitting, environmental compliance, and safety codes (IBC, NEC, NFPA).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to travel as needed (10-20%).
- History of delivering programs on-time and within budget with demonstrated quality outcomes.
