Join a premier infrastructure firm delivering city-defining projects across transportation, utilities, and urban development. We seek a Senior Infrastructure Development Engineer who can translate strategic visions into tangible, buildable outcomes.
As a core member of our delivery team, you will lead multi-disciplinary efforts, drive design excellence, and ensure the timely, on-budget realization of complex infrastructure programs that improve mobility, resilience, and sustainability.
What you’ll do is shape master plans, manage feasibility studies, lead design reviews, and coordinate with regulators to secure approvals while mentoring junior engineers to grow their expertise.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end infrastructure development from concept to delivery across transportation, utilities, and urban programs.
- Collaborate with government agencies, clients, and communities to define scope, requirements, and success metrics.
- Establish design criteria, standards, and BIM/digital twin strategies to optimize constructability and lifecycle performance.
- Develop and manage budgets, schedules, risk registers, and procurement plans; monitor progress against milestones.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, electrical, geotechnical, and environmental teams to ensure integrated solutions.
- Oversee quality assurance, safety, compliance with codes/regulations, and environmental impact management.
- Lead stakeholder communications, report progress to executives, and secure approvals for major project phases.
- Mentor engineers, promote best practices, and drive innovation in sustainability and resilience.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, or a closely related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience delivering large-scale infrastructure development projects.
- Professional Engineer license or Chartered status highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of civil design standards, BIM (Revit, Civil 3D), 4D scheduling, and cost estimation.
- Proven track record managing complex programs with cross-functional teams, budgets, and regulatory approvals.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Primavera, MS Project) and collaboration platforms.
- Experience working with public sector clients and navigating regulatory environments.
