As a Senior Infrastructure Development Engineer, you will guide multi-disciplinary programs, drive technical excellence, and influence long-term asset strategies. Responsibility

  • Lead design and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
  • Develop and manage program schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project; monitor critical paths and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate with civil, electrical, geotechnical, and environmental teams; facilitate cross-functional collaboration across stakeholders.
  • Perform risk assessments, cost estimation, value engineering, and lifecycle cost optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, safety standards, and permitting processes.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement with clients, municipalities, and contractors; prepare executive summaries and progress reports.
  • Oversee QA/QC procedures, field inspections, and commissioning activities to ensure asset readiness.
  • Manage procurement, contract administration, and change management with a focus on minimizing schedule disruption.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • 7+ years of infrastructure development experience, including transportation, water/wastewater, or utilities.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent; Chartered Engineer considered.
  • Proficiency with BIM (Revit, Navisworks) and CAD; strong scheduling experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Deep knowledge of construction codes and standards (AASHTO, IBC, NFPA) and permitting processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record delivering projects on time and on budget; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% as needed and work across multiple sites.
