Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects from feasibility through commissioning, ensuring alignment with regulatory and safety standards.
- Develop and optimize design solutions for transport, utilities, and urban resilience using BIM and GIS tools.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and change control processes to maintain on time and on budget delivery.
- Collaborate with government authorities, contractors, and consultants to secure permits and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Mentor and supervise a multi disciplinary engineering team; foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
- Drive sustainability initiatives, life cycle cost analysis, and resilience planning across project phases.
- Ensure rigorous quality assurance through design reviews, audits, and performance metrics.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related field; masters preferred.
- 7 or more years of experience in infrastructure development or large scale civil projects.
- Proficient in BIM, GIS, AutoCAD or Civil 3D, and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements and permits processes; experience with Singapore authorities is a plus.
- Proven ability to perform feasibility studies, design optimization, cost estimation, and life cycle analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to lead cross functional teams across disciplines.
- Professional Engineer license or equivalent is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
