We seek a results-driven Senior Infrastructure Development Engineer to lead complex multi-disciplinary programs from concept through delivery. You will collaborate with civil, environmental, and utility teams, interacting with public agencies, and guiding projects from feasibility through commissioning.
In this role, you will shape infrastructure strategy, optimize design for constructability, manage risk and budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. We value strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to safety, quality, and community impact.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of multi-disciplinary infrastructure programs (transportation corridors, utilities, water/wastewater, and public works).
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and change management processes.
- Coordinate with civil, geotechnical, environmental, and utility teams to ensure integrated design and efficient execution.
- Drive permitting, environmental assessments, and regulatory approvals with city, state, and federal agencies.
- Oversee procurement, vendor selection, and contract administration; manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Implement BIM, GIS, and advanced modeling workflows to improve constructability and lifecycle optimization.
- Establish and monitor safety, quality, and performance KPIs; lead regular project status reviews with leadership and clients.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Environmental Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of infrastructure development or civil construction experience with a proven delivery record.
- Proficiency in BIM (Revit/Civil 3D), GIS, AutoCAD, and related design tools; experience with project controls software.
- Strong knowledge of permitting, environmental compliance, codes, and standards across multiple jurisdictions.
- Demonstrated project management experience; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across organizations.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk in complex programs; willingness to travel as needed.
