We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Development Engineer to lead design, planning, and delivery across a portfolio of multi year initiatives. Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end infrastructure development efforts from concept through construction across transportation, utilities, and urban mobility projects.
- Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk registers; drive value engineering and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with city planners, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with codes and environmental standards.
- Oversee procurement strategy, vendor management, and contract administration.
- Implement BIM/CIM, digital twins, and GIS workflows to improve design accuracy and project visibility.
- Manage cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and build high-performing project teams.
- Monitor safety, quality assurance, and regulatory permitting; address issues proactively.
- Report program status to executives and stakeholders, translating technical details for non-technical audiences.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of infrastructure development experience with large-scale public or private sector projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred; eligibility to obtain PE in Colorado is a plus.
- Proven experience with BIM/CAD tools (Revit, Civil 3D) and GIS platforms; proficiency in Autodesk Suite.
- Strong project management skills with familiarity in MS Project or Primavera; ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; adept at navigating public- and private-sector processes.
- Ability to travel regionally up to 25% and adapt to dynamic project environments.
