Zenith InfraTech Pte Ltd invites a seasoned Senior Infrastructure Development Engineer to join our growing Singapore-based team. You will drive design, delivery, and optimization of critical infrastructure projects across transport, utilities, and smart-city initiatives. This role demands technical excellence, stakeholder collaboration, and a passion for resilient, sustainable infrastructure.
As a leader in our infrastructure practice, you will work across project lifecycles from concept to commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a dynamic market.
Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects (transport corridors, utilities, civil works) from concept through commissioning.
- Develop and manage technical specifications, performance criteria, and safety plans aligned with local codes and international best practices.
- Coordinate with PMO, civil contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies to advance project milestones.
- Oversee cost planning, budgeting, risk management, procurement strategies, and change control.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Building & Construction Authority (BCA) standards, environmental requirements, and quality assurance processes.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers; promote innovation through BIM, GIS, and digital twin technologies.
- Lead commissioning, testing, and handover activities; capture lessons learned for future projects.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or Chartered Engineer status; strong track record in infrastructure projects.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure development, transportation, or utilities sectors.
- Proficiency with BIM (Revit), GIS, Civil 3D, AutoCAD; experience with modeling and analytics.
- Solid knowledge of Singapore codes, BCA standards, and regulatory processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
- Project management skills with PMP or equivalent certification; ability to manage budgets and schedules.
