We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Development Engineer to drive the planning, design, and delivery of resilient infrastructure networks across energy, water, transport, and digital systems. This role combines civil engineering excellence with advanced project management and cross functional collaboration to deliver on ambitious timelines and budget targets.
As part of our team you will shape scalable solutions, implement sustainable design practices, and lead through influence with stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies. You will leverage BIM, GIS, and data analytics to optimize performance and risk management.
Responsibility
- Lead the end to end engineering design of infrastructure projects including transportation, utilities, and digital networks
- Develop feasibility studies, master plans, and technical specifications aligned with regulatory standards
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning
- Manage project budgets, schedules, risk registers, and quality assurance programs
- Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and environmental considerations
- Lead BIM and GIS based modeling for design optimization and clash detection
- Drive stakeholder engagement with government agencies, clients, and contractors to align expectations
- Monitor performance post implementation and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
- Bachelor or Master degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure development or large civil works projects
- Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong proficiency with BIM, GIS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar design tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with government agencies and clients
- Knowledge of local codes, standards, and regulatory processes in Singapore or regional equivalent
- Professional Engineer PE license or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
