As a Senior Infrastructure Development Engineer, you will own end-to-end delivery from concept through commissioning, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will lead design reviews, control budgets, manage risk, and mentor engineers to drive excellence.

Responsibility

  • Lead planning, design, and delivery of major infrastructure projects including utilities, transport corridors, and digital networks.
  • Develop performance-based designs, cost estimates, schedules, risk registers, and lifecycle plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across civil, mechanical, electrical, geotechnical, and software disciplines.
  • Engage with city agencies, utilities, EPCs, and vendors to secure permits and manage contract execution.
  • Implement sustainability, resilience, and reliability strategies across infrastructure portfolios.
  • Monitor project progress, enforce QA/QC, and manage change control and risk mitigation.
  • Mentor junior engineers, support field surveys, and ensure data-driven design decisions.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of infrastructure development experience with large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of utilities, transportation, and digital infrastructure integration; familiarity with regulatory codes.
  • Proficiency in CAD/BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit), GIS, and project management software (Primavera, MS Project, PlanGrid).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP certification or Professional Engineer license preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
