Join Apex InfraTech Pte. Ltd. as a Senior Infrastructure Development Engineer and lead transformative projects across urban transport, utilities, and smart-city initiatives. You will architect resilient, sustainable infrastructure solutions, mentor teams, and collaborate with government partners to deliver complex programs.
We are seeking a results-driven professional who can translate strategic objectives into deliverable roadmaps, manage risk and budget, and champion digital tools that optimize performance.
Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and delivery of infrastructure development projects across transportation, utilities, and urban systems.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, risk registers, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and government agencies to ensure on-time completion.
- Drive the adoption of BIM, GIS, and digital twin technologies to optimize design and construction.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, permits, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
- Lead procurement strategies, vendor selection, and contract management for infrastructure works.
- Deliver high-quality documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications to senior leadership.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure development, with a track record of successful urban or transport projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil design standards, permits, and regulatory processes in Singapore or similar markets.
- Proficiency in BIM (Revit), Civil 3D, GIS, and related digital tools; experience with digital twin is a plus.
- Excellent project management, budgeting, and risk assessment capabilities.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with sustainability considerations, resilience planning, and safety management systems.
- Ability to work across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
