Job description
We are seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Development Lead to join our growing team in Houston. This role drives the design, delivery, and optimization of critical infrastructure projects across transportation, utilities, and public works. You will partner with engineering, construction, and operations to deliver safe, on-time, and on-budget solutions that improve community outcomes.

Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure development projects, from planning through commissioning.
- Develop and manage design standards, technical specifications, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including civil, electrical, and mechanical engineers, construction, and operations.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, environmental regulations, and permitting processes.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, reporting, and project documentation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or related field; master's preferred.
- 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
- Strong knowledge of project controls, cost estimation, and scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Experience with design-build and public-private partnerships is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on with problem-solving and safety-first mindset.
