We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Development Lead to shape multi-year programs from concept to delivery. Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end program delivery for major infrastructure projects, from feasibility through commissioning.
- Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and risk registers; monitor performance against KPIs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including civil, electrical, and utilities engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality management systems.
- Drive stakeholder engagement with government agencies, communities, and clients; manage communications and reporting.
- Lead value engineering efforts to optimize life-cycle cost and sustainability outcomes.
- Oversee contract administration, procurement strategies, and change management processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and project managers; foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive infrastructure delivery experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale public works or transportation projects.
- Strong proficiency in project controls, scheduling (Primavera P6/MS Project), and BIM/CAD tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental regulations; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Experience with public-private partnerships (PPPs) or joint ventures is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment; travel as required.
