Responsibility
- Lead multi-million dollar infrastructure projects from concept to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, architects, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Supervise project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to uphold quality and safety standards.
- Oversee feasibility studies, risk assessments, and environmental impact analysis.
- Drive procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and manage key vendor relationships.
- Implement best practices in design, planning, and sustainable construction methodologies.
- Monitor progress, resolve project challenges swiftly, and report to executive leadership.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement across all phases of infrastructure development.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven leadership in multidisciplinary project teams within urban environments.
- Expertise in US construction codes, safety regulations, and permitting standards.
- Strong command of project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Excellent negotiation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP or PE certification preferred.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
