Responsibility
- Oversee planning, design, and execution of major infrastructure initiatives.
- Direct multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with city officials, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate project proposals and recommend optimal solutions for urban development challenges.
- Monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage resources, contracts, documentation, and financial forecasting for infrastructure projects.
- Implement innovative, sustainable building practices across all projects.
- Lead project reporting, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 8+ years' experience managing infrastructure or large-scale urban development projects.
- Proven expertise in municipal permitting, zoning, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership and team management track record.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement.
- PMP, PE, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in project management and design software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
