Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-disciplinary infrastructure programs (civil, utilities, and transport) from concept through commissioning.
- Develop and manage project strategy, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and governance plans with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards.
- Lead stakeholder engagement with government agencies, contractors, consultants, and community groups; communicate progress and changes clearly.
- Drive value engineering, change management, and efficient procurement strategies to optimize lifecycle costs.
- Implement robust risk management, quality assurance, and environmental health and safety practices across projects.
- Mentor and develop project teams; create an inclusive environment that fosters high performance and accountability.
- Utilize BIM, Primavera P6, MS Project, and cost-control tools to monitor performance and report to executives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; Masterβs preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent accreditation.
- Minimum 8β12 years of experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, transport, or utilities projects.
- Proven track record with Primavera P6, MS Project, and BIM-enabled design processes.
- Strong knowledge of local codes, standards, and regulatory permitting processes in Singapore.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities; fluency in English required.
- PMP or equivalent credentials and experience in risk management and cost control is a plus.
