Britannia Assurance Partners is seeking a high-caliber Senior Insurance Account Manager to lead strategic client partnerships and drive premium growth in London. This role blends relationship leadership, risk insight, and tailored coverage design for mid-market and enterprise clients.
You will work across underwriting, claims, and brokerage teams to deliver proactive risk management, competitive solutions, and exceptional client experience.
Responsibility
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic insurance clients, ensuring retention and revenue expansion.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with underwriting, claims, and brokerage teams to tailor coverage solutions.
- Conduct risk assessments, benchmarking, and data-driven insights to inform policy design.
- Develop renewal strategies, proposals, and business cases for C-level stakeholders.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and timely issue resolution with a proactive service approach.
- Mentor junior teammates and support ongoing training and development.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold internal controls across all accounts.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management, or related field; professional designations (ACII, CPCU) preferred.
- 5+ years in insurance account management, underwriting, or broking with enterprise clients.
- Proven track record of revenue growth, retention, and cross-selling.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort in data analysis, modeling, and ROI storytelling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities at executive levels.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing regulatory requirements.
