Responsibility

  • Lead interior design projects from concept to construction, managing timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
  • Develop design concepts, space plans, and FF&E packages for luxury residential and select commercial spaces.
  • Prepare and present design boards, drawings, 3D renderings, and specifications to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is realized on site.
  • Manage vendor selection, procurement, and budget tracking; review shop drawings and submittals.
  • Mentor junior designers; oversee production of construction documents and detailing.
  • Maintain brand standards, elevate aesthetics, and ensure compliance with codes and sustainability goals.

Qualification

  • 7+ years of interior design experience with luxury residential/commercial projects.
  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field; NCIDQ or RID certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and rendering tools (V-Ray, Enscape).
  • Strong conceptual skills, high-level drawing, and presentation abilities; storytelling aptitude.
  • Excellent client communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of building codes, FF&E, materials, finishes, lighting, and sustainability standards.
  • Portfolio showcasing finished spaces with attention to detail, materials, and craftsmanship.
