Responsibility
- Lead interior design projects from concept to construction, managing timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
- Develop design concepts, space plans, and FF&E packages for luxury residential and select commercial spaces.
- Prepare and present design boards, drawings, 3D renderings, and specifications to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is realized on site.
- Manage vendor selection, procurement, and budget tracking; review shop drawings and submittals.
- Mentor junior designers; oversee production of construction documents and detailing.
- Maintain brand standards, elevate aesthetics, and ensure compliance with codes and sustainability goals.
Qualification
- 7+ years of interior design experience with luxury residential/commercial projects.
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field; NCIDQ or RID certification preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and rendering tools (V-Ray, Enscape).
- Strong conceptual skills, high-level drawing, and presentation abilities; storytelling aptitude.
- Excellent client communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, FF&E, materials, finishes, lighting, and sustainability standards.
- Portfolio showcasing finished spaces with attention to detail, materials, and craftsmanship.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within a fast-paced, luxury studio environment.
