As a key member of our design team, you will collaborate with clients, architects, and vendors to create timeless, functional, and highly detailed spaces that elevate everyday life.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead design development from concept through construction documentation for high-end residential and corporate projects.
  • Develop schematic layouts, material boards, color palettes, lighting schemes, and FF&E selections.
  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Present design concepts to clients and manage feedback with a professional, client-focused approach.
  • Oversee documentation, specifications, and procurement for furnishings, finishes, and fixtures.
  • Maintain rigorous attention to detail and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibility

  • Develop and communicate design concepts that align with client goals and brand standards.
  • Create and refine detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and presentation boards for client approvals.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure feasibility and coordination.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans.

Qualification
