As a design leader, you will translate client vision into timeless, functional interiors, collaborate with engineers and vendors, and guide junior designers to achieve exemplary results while maintaining schedule and budget discipline.

Responsibility

  • Lead full-cycle interior design projects from concept to construction documentation and on-site oversight.
  • Partner with clients to define brief, budget, and timeline; present compelling design concepts.
  • Develop space planning, materials, finishes, color palettes, lighting, and furniture solutions that elevate daily living and work experiences.
  • Produce technical drawings and models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related software.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors; manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Ensure quality control, budget adherence, and scheduling; perform site visits and progress reporting.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field; NCIDQ certification or equivalent preferred.

  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign; solid rendering capabilities.
