We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer who combines elevated creative vision with strategic project leadership to deliver transformative environments. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will steer complex projects, mentor junior designers, and partner with architects, vendors, and clients to ensure outcomes that exceed expectations. We value curiosity, precision, and a client-centered approach that elevates both the process and the end result.
Responsibility
- Lead interior design projects from concept through construction administration, ensuring design intent, schedule, and budget alignment.
- Develop concept boards, material palettes, color strategies, and FF&E planning for diverse spaces.
- Create and refine drawings, elevations, 3D renderings, and presentation materials for client reviews.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors to coordinate design solutions.
- Manage project timelines, procurement, budgets, and on-site coordination to ensure smooth execution.
- Present design concepts to clients, facilitate reviews, and translate feedback into actionable plans.
- Oversee quality control, code compliance, accessibility standards, and on-site supervision during construction.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a closely related field.
- 5+ years of professional interior design experience, with a strong portfolio across residential and/or commercial projects.
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage client relationships, and mentor junior designers.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and visualization tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D rendering software).
- Strong understanding of building codes, accessibility standards, and construction documentation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills; detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
- Experience with vendor management, procurement, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
