Responsibility
- Lead interior design projects from concept to construction documentation.
- Develop space planning, FF&E selections, material specifications, and detailing.
- Create 3D visualizations, mood boards, and design presentations for clients.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors; oversee project timelines and budgets.
- Manage client relationships, presentations, and design revisions.
- Coordinate procurement, vendor relationships, and site visits.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and accessibility guidelines.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to firm-wide design standards.
Qualification
- 5+ years of interior design experience, preferably in high-end residential or boutique hospitality.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept to construction workflow.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Experience with FF&E sourcing, budgeting, and procurement.
- Knowledge of building codes, accessibility, and safety standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor degree in Interior Design or related field; NCIDQ certification preferred.
