Responsibility

- Lead the design process from concept to completion for high-end residential and boutique commercial projects. \n
- Develop concept boards, 3D renderings, and detailed construction documents to communicate design intent. \n
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, and consultants to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. \n
- Oversee space planning, material and finish selection, lighting, and furniture procurement. \n
- Mentor junior designers and guide design development across projects. \n
- Ensure compliance with building codes, sustainability standards, and brand guidelines. \n
- Present design concepts to clients with clarity and confidence, incorporating feedback effectively. \n
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and change orders with meticulous attention to detail. \n
Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture; LEED or related certification a plus. \n
- Minimum 5 years of interior design experience in premium residential or boutique hospitality sectors. \n
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). \n
- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, space planning, and material selections. \n
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client-relations skills. \n
- Experience coordinating with consultants, fabricators, and contractors; strong project management abilities. \n
- Knowledge of building codes, sustainability practices, and FF&E procurement processes. \n
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. \n
