We’re seeking a Senior Interior Designer who combines creative vision with practical delivery, guiding projects from concept through construction with a focus on quality, sustainability, and functional aesthetics.

In this role, you will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to translate briefs into compelling design strategies, develop design documentation, manage budgets, and lead a small team of designers and juniors.

Responsibility

  • Lead conceptual design development and create compelling presentation materials for clients
  • Develop comprehensive design documentation including drawings, plans, elevations, details, and specifications
  • Provide space planning that optimizes function, circulation, and daylighting for diverse project types
  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure on time, on budget delivery
  • Oversee procurement and material selections, sustainability standards, and code compliance
  • Mentor junior designers, review work, and ensure high design integrity across projects
  • Present design progress to clients and manage change requests with poise and clarity
  • Ensure QA/QC during construction administration and site visits

Qualification

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Interior Design or related field; 5+ years professional experience
  • Proven portfolio of luxury residential and commercial interiors
  • Strong command of design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent drawing, presentation, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing client relationships, budgets, and project schedules
  • Knowledge of sustainable materials, FF&E, lighting, and finishes
  • Ability to lead a team, multi-task, and enforce design quality across all phases
  • Licensure or certification (NCIDQ, LEED accreditation) preferred
