Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design process for residential and commercial projects from concept to completion.
- Develop compelling design concepts, space planning, material boards, and presentation assets for clients and approvals.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and vendors to coordinate documentation and on-site execution.
- Prepare drawings, CAD/Revit models, 3D visualizations, and FF&E specifications.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement while maintaining high design standards.
- Present to clients, translate feedback into refined design iterations, and secure sign-offs.
- Oversee site visits, punch lists, and installation quality to ensure design fidelity.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited program.
- 5+ years of interior design experience with a portfolio of luxury residential and/or boutique commercial projects.
- Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD/Revit), 3D modeling (SketchUp or 3ds Max), and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, materials, finish schedules, and FF&E specification.
- Excellent conceptual, presentation, and communication skills; proven client-facing experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate in a fast-paced studio environment.
- LEED or WELL certification is a plus.
