Join our award-winning luxury design studio in Manhattan as a Senior Interior Designer. You will lead design development, collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients, and drive projects from concept through construction documentation.

What you will do: lead client-facing presentations, manage design development, and mentor junior designers in a fast-paced, studio-driven environment.
Responsibility
- Lead design development from concept through construction documentation for luxury residential and select commercial projects.
- Drive client presentations, design reviews, and approvals, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and suppliers; coordinate with cross-disciplinary project teams.
- Manage project administration: FF&E selections, material schedules, cost estimation, and change orders.
- Create and manage 3D renders, CAD drawings, and BIM models; oversee detailing packages.
- Mentor junior designers and interns; participate in studio-wide design critiques.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainability guidelines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited program.
- 5+ years of interior design experience in luxury residential and/or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; strong presentation skills.
- Excellent client management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, FF&E, lighting, and sustainability practices.
- Knowledge of building codes, ADA compliance, and permit processes.
- Portfolio demonstrating design excellence, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
