As a senior designer, you will mentor junior designers, manage cross-disciplinary teams, and drive project timelines from concept through construction, ensuring outcomes that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities span concept development, space planning, FF&E selection, and detailing, with an emphasis on material innovation and sustainable design.

Responsibility

  • Lead concept development and master planning for complex interior projects.
  • Develop comprehensive design documentation, elevations, and FF&E specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent and quality control.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement, coordinating with vendors and clients.
  • Mentor junior designers, review work, and promote design standards across the team.
  • Present design concepts to clients, iterate based on feedback, and secure approvals.
  • Oversee 3D visualization, materials library, and detailing for construction packages.

Qualification
