We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead high-impact projects from concept to completion. As a member of our studio, you will collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to deliver elegant, functional environments that reflect our clients brand and lifestyle. You will mentor junior designers and drive design excellence, sustainability, and process efficiency.
Responsibility
- Lead the design development process from concept through construction documents for luxury residential and commercial projects
- Develop concept boards, space plans, materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture directions
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design integrity and project feasibility
- Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on time, on budget delivery
- Mentor and supervise junior designers, providing feedback and design direction
- Present design concepts to clients and manage revisions with clarity and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with codes, sustainability standards, and quality control throughout the project
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field; Master's preferred
- 8+ years of interior design experience with luxury residential or commercial projects
- Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop; strong presentation skills
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, lighting, and FF&E
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience with project coordination, budgeting, and schedule management
- Licensure or certification is a plus (NCIDQ or equivalent)
