We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead high-end projects from concept through execution. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and vendors to deliver environments that are beautiful, functional, and sustainable. Responsibility
- Lead and manage interior design projects from concept through construction documentation and on-site coordination.
- Develop design concepts, space planning, material palettes, and finish selections that align with client goals and budgets.
- Create and present compelling design proposals using sketches, renderings, and presentations.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure constructability and quality.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships; supervise junior designers.
- Oversee site visits, quality control, and compliance with codes and standards.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to studio development.
Qualification
- 5-8 years of professional interior design experience in residential and/or commercial sectors.
- Bachelor or Master degree in interior design or related field.
- Strong concept development, space planning, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp, and rendering tools; knowledge of Photoshop.
- Excellent client-facing communication and project management skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and procurement processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating leadership and high-end design work.
