Join Luxe Interiors Studio, a premium design studio specializing in luxury residential and boutique hospitality projects. We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead high-end initiatives from concept through construction, delivering spaces that blend function, beauty, and personality.
In this role, you will collaborate with clients, architects, and vendors to curate innovative design solutions, develop comprehensive documentation, and oversee project delivery within schedule and budget.
As a cornerstone of our design team, you will mentor junior designers, drive compelling client presentations, and ensure every project reflects our standard of excellence.
Responsibility
- Lead concept development and presentation boards for luxury residential and boutique hospitality projects.
- Develop and manage design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, specifications, and FF&E selections.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure flawless on-site execution.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and procurement from initial estimate through final installation.
- Mentor and supervise junior designers, expanding the studio's design capabilities.
- Present design progress updates to clients with clarity and confidence, incorporating feedback seamlessly.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture; LEED or WELL accreditation is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional interior design experience with luxury residential or hospitality projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exceptional space planning, material specification, and FF&E procurement skills.
- Excellent client communication and project management abilities; proven track record delivering projects on time and on budget.
- Ability to lead, motivate teams, and perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment.
