Responsibility
- Lead full lifecycle interior design projects for luxury residential and boutique hospitality spaces, from concept through construction.
- Develop concept boards, schematic layouts, detailed drawings (CAD/BIM), 3D renderings, and comprehensive FF&E specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, vendors, and clients to align design intent with budget, codes, and timelines.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and vendor coordination; administer RFQs and contract documentation.
- Present design concepts to clients, facilitate feedback, and secure buy-in while maintaining brand standards.
- Mentor and supervise junior designers; maintain scalable design documentation and standards across projects.
- Oversee site visits, on-site QC, punch lists, and final installations to ensure flawless execution.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field from an accredited program.
- 5+ years of professional interior design experience, with a strong portfolio in luxury residential or boutique hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp; strong rendering skills using V-Ray, Enscape, or similar.
- Excellent concept development, space planning, material selection, lighting, and finishes knowledge.
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation abilities; experience leading client meetings and design reviews.
- Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards (ADA), and coordinated construction documentation.
- Vendor management, procurement, and budget tracking experience; ability to negotiate effectively.
- Passion for sustainable design practices and a collaborative, multi-disciplinary work style.
