Responsibility
- Provide strategic legal advice and solutions for corporate clients across multiple sectors.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and memoranda.
- Support regulatory compliance initiatives and risk management strategies.
- Conduct legal research and develop policy recommendations for clients.
- Lead client consultations and deliver clear, actionable guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders on complex legal projects.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and high-stakes discussions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and industry changes.
Qualification
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the NY State Bar.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in corporate or commercial law.
- Proven success in client-facing legal consulting roles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience advising clients on regulatory requirements and compliance matters.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
