LexBridge Partners is seeking a Senior Legal Consultant to join our NYC-based advisory team. This client-focused role combines advanced legal knowledge with pragmatic business judgment to deliver actionable guidance across commercial, regulatory, and governance matters.
As a trusted advisor, you will partner with client teams to navigate contracts, compliance obligations, risk assessment, and strategic policy development for a diverse portfolio of enterprises.

Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth legal research and distill complex findings into clear, business-friendly summaries for leadership teams.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, licensing agreements, and vendor contracts with attention to risk allocation and enforceability.
- Provide regulatory compliance guidance across sectors (privacy, data security, antitrust, employment, export controls) and prepare compliance programs.
- Perform risk assessments, due diligence, and remediation planning for corporate transactions and strategic initiatives.
- Develop client-ready memos, risk matrices, and governance dashboards to inform decision-making.
- Lead and manage client engagements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Deliver training sessions and policy development support to enhance clients' internal controls and policy frameworks.
- Support business development through proposals, scoping, and presenting clear value propositions to prospective clients.
Qualification
- At least 7 years of hands-on legal practice with emphasis on corporate/commercial law and client-facing advisory work.
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; bar admission in New York (or eligibility to obtain).
- Proven experience in contract drafting/negotiation, due diligence, and regulatory compliance programs.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to translate legal risk into actionable business terms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management and leadership experience; ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Proficiency with legal research tools, contract management systems, and collaboration platforms; willingness to travel as needed.
