Responsibility
- Lead and manage complex legal engagements for clients, including contract review, risk assessment, and regulatory analysis.
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements, licensing, and non disclosure agreements with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement robust compliance programs spanning data privacy, anti bribery, and regulatory affairs.
- Perform in-depth legal research and policy analysis to inform strategic business decisions.
- Provide risk assessments and remediation strategies to reduce exposure and protect client interests.
- Support due diligence during mergers and acquisitions and advise on post deal integration.
Qualification
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar admission in New York or another applicable jurisdiction.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in legal consulting, corporate law, or regulatory compliance.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills with a proven track record.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. and international regulatory frameworks relevant to multiple industries.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and client management abilities.
