LexBridge Legal Consulting is seeking a Senior Legal Consultant to join our leading team specializing in corporate matters and regulatory compliance. This role blends strategic advisory with hands-on drafting, due diligence, and cross-border transactions. You will collaborate with Fortune 500 clients, law firms, and internal stakeholders to craft practical legal solutions that align with business goals.
As a trusted advisor, you will interpret complex statutes and regulatory developments, anticipate risk, and provide clear, actionable guidance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record in corporate law, governance, and compliance programs.
Responsibility
- Lead complex corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, governance, and regulatory filings
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance across multiple industries and jurisdictions
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence, risk assessments, and remediation planning
- Draft and negotiate contracts, policies, and corporate governance documents
- Develop and implement internal compliance programs, training, and monitoring
- Provide strategic counsel on cross-border matters and data privacy compliance
- Manage client relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes
Qualification
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar admission in New York
- 7+ years of experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and risk management
- Proven ability to advise C-suite executives and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with due diligence, M&A screening, and cross-border transactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Proficiency in legal research tools and technology-assisted review
