We are seeking a Senior Legal Consultant who can independently manage advisory engagements, draft and negotiate sophisticated contracts, and guide risk assessments across industries.
What you will do
- Lead and manage advisory engagements for corporate clients, from scoping to delivery.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, licenses, and service agreements.
- Perform regulatory and compliance analysis across sectors including fintech, healthcare, and manufacturing.
- Provide proactive risk assessments and mitigation strategies for high-stakes projects.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations.
- Develop and deliver training materials on policy and regulatory changes.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to firm knowledge management.
Responsibility

Qualification
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; active bar admission in New York or eligibility to obtain one.
- 5+ years of experience in legal consulting, contract negotiation, compliance, or related advisory roles.
- Strong understanding of US federal and state regulatory frameworks and contract law.
- Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; client facing with polished presentation skills.
- Proficiency in legal technology, contract management systems, and data privacy concepts is a plus.
