Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end transportation planning and execution across multiple modes
- Optimize routes, carriers, and freight terms to minimize cost and maximize on-time delivery
- Coordinate with warehousing and 3PL partners to ensure accurate inventory and shipments
- Monitor key performance indicators, generate actionable reports, and drive continuous improvement
- Manage exception handling, root-cause analysis, and corrective action plans
- Collaborate with procurement, IT, and customer service to resolve issues and improve service levels
- Mentor and coordinate with junior staff, promoting best practices and process standardization
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel; experience with ERP systems SAP preferred
- Knowledge of freight forwarding, carrier contracts, rate negotiation, and import/export basics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to change
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance
